Managers play favorites towards employees even when they consistently show up late/miss shifts Management does not care at all about their employees. They do everything in their power to milk labor out of us and cheat us out of pay, demand insane availability/hours, are not understanding, ignore even approved time off requests, treat employees like they are completely disposable, they don't allow anyone to take breaks and don't provide food yet don't provide us place to store our own food, and they ignore harassment that occurs in the workplace
