-Management, with any restaurant, is tricky. I am fortunate to mesh well with most of my managers. Some of my coworkers do not. -Can be overstaffed on the floor on low cover nights. Some managers disappear from the floor for long periods of time. This only really happens on slower weekdays. But kind of explains the overstaffing on the floor. The servers then pick up the manager's lack of appearance.
