toxic environment. most people who last are genuine sociopaths. saw a server, a middle aged woman, shove a busboy into a wall because he didn't get out of her way fast enough. told management, they didn't care. other employees are cliquish and haze. dont expect a response if you say hi to them. if you've worked there less than 3 years, you don't matter. tipout is insane. nothing is ever cleaned. busboys do nothing but collect money from you. also busboys make like $4 an hour and i don't understand how the feds haven't cracked down on that. work somewhere else, your mental health will thank you
