Management staff is friendly and always willing to help out; it really is all about team work! The company values its customers and it shows in the faith in responsibilities it gives to its employees.
Cons
The company takes pride in corporate training, but could spend more time with in-house training. However, not much of a con because the management is always willing to help out and encourage staff.
