They have weird methods that don't allow for quick service such as -making servers prep all drinks for the bartender in a "call" window which causes a bottleneck -making servers wear white aprons then getting upset when the white apron has stains on it (maybe try a darker color) They also do not protect their employees and will throw them under the bus immediately. And if you have a large party, they will not allow you to add gratuity.
