Pros
A face paced environment with tons of networking opportunities. You are able to work with tons of different people from various background to help educate yourself and broaden your social communication and relationships.
Cons
Management is not consistent throughout the departments. There can be days that are very long with little money but other days where the days can be short with little money. That is the restaurant business though. Sometimes that cannot be helped.
