Pros
* Benefits are ok, especially if you are lucky enough to have qualified for the pension plan before they stopped offering it. * Nice in house café with reasonable prices and good variety. * The Pay is reasonable. * Good central location.
Cons
Culture of fear. Nobody talks to each other and there is no sense of team. Merit increases, even during good years are minimal. They used to be a good work/life balance but now all that exists are unreasonable expectations and extreme pressure. The company is top heavy in terms of senior management and now they are trying to "optimize resources" by squeezing the lower levels until we crack. Its been very sad to see this once great company decline.
