Supporting America's farmers and ranchers was some of the best work I've ever done. CoBank's mission is genuinely noble and working to achieve that mission was morally rewarding
Cons
HR knows about the problems, management knows about the problems. Nobody wants to look bad after supporting toxic individuals for years, so nothing will change

Financially speaking CoBank is a stable company. The yearly bonus payout is competitive,
Cons
It's referred to as "CoBank nice" which is another way of saying it's a passive-aggressive culture.
If you dislike endless meetings, this environment can be frustrating.
Strong resistance to change at the leadership levels - despite claims of being focused on transformation, real progress is very limited.
Extremely slow pace.
Recent months have brought significant organizational and leadership changes, but very little acknowledgement about the impact those changes have on associates.
PTO is definitely not competitive.
