Pros

Great benefits; health insurance, etc. Good 401K matching, also offers to add additional employer contributions matching student loan interest paid. Parking available, and can be used on weekends. Nice building, amazing cafeteria with great staff and inexpensive but great quality food. Gym in building. Nice large cubicle workspaces, with standing desks. Great views from the building.

Cons

The research role can get very repetitive and mundane. Many of the people you are cold calling don't want to talk to you or share any information. Metric goals are constantly changing, sometimes even retroactively mid-month. Calls are highly monitored, and must be a certain time to count towards you metrics. Certain markets are easier than others due to client buy-in, available public record info, etc. Very limited career growth; only based on metrics and an interview where the content isn't the goal, just that you answer the question in the format required.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
