Pros

None. The pay and benefits are above average, but for a reason. To attempt to trap people there to do this meaningless, growthless job.

Cons

Everything. This toxic company refers to its so-called most valuable "Market Research" department as the backbone of the organization. But the reality paints a far darker, much more grim picture. The job/department itself is not "market research" - you sit down for 8 hours a day and pester individuals for the sole sake of meeting nonsensical metrics. The management does what they're told by the higher-ups. They don't actually manage anything. They also sit down all day listening to and grading calls based on a preposterous script to make the "researchers" sound like robots and not actual human beings. It's a culture of fear and terror, every aspect of the job is micromanaged and monitored endlessly, and there is zero autonomy. Feedback, suggestions, and recommendations to improve processes are NEVER given any consideration. Never. There are no opportunities for growth/promotions anymore (not that there really ever were to begin with). No actual career or development skills are gained from this position. And you'll leave every day dreading returning to it day-in and day-out without any personal or professional fulfillment.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
