Pros
I have met some great coworkers there and the bonuses are really great when your store hits their sales goal.
Cons
You get written up every time you don’t make a sales goal for the month even when the numbers are higher than what they should be. If you get written up 3 times, you get fired. Also had some issues with coworkers taking sales when customers come in to exchange items which was against our store rule. I didn’t sign up for that type of stressful environment when I was hired.
