Little to no personal life or time to spend with family and friends-was told I cannot make plans on my days off. The work schedule is constantly changing-even up to the day before. The training can be excessive New healthcare benefits are expensive and are of just ok quality New workers receive less desirable hours/tasks and are left "out of the loop" with crucial information. You work with culturally diverse customers (not the con), which has lead to racism
