- great people - very good training program - great discount and profit sharing benefits - all employment information easily accessible online including paycheck stubs, W2s, availability requests, schedules - focus on customer service
Cons
- Profit sharing not available to employees who worked during the period when the benefit was earned but no longer employed with them when money is distributed - at times not enough employees to cover when someone gets sick (especially during holiday season) as everyone is already working their max
