Low pay at all levels and they have very high expectations for such low pay. Nothing you do is good enough and they will let you know. They will keep asking for more even when you are doing better then everyone else in the store/company. Every aspect is micro managed so if you like a little freedom you will not find it here. The stress is super high and management will agree. Expect to pay 200+ on dress code when you start.
