Pros
I loved having the ability to truly lead and develop my team to reach their own goals. Although there is paperwork, most of the reporting is done through an automated system which frees up your time to be with your team and customers.
Cons
It's retail. The scheduling can be awesome or difficult depending on where you are in life. For me it was awesome until it wasn't anymore and then I knew it was time to try a different path.
