Pros
I had a great team to work with, and management became my closest friends! They were clear with our sales goals and taught us tools to sell to the best of our ability. The company sets incentives that made employees want to work hard and well and our team had pride in our numbers and position in our region. Also, great discounts and the card system worked well for that.
Cons
Dress code was always a challenge; I understand its necessity but it changed often and was hard to keep up with/know the rules season to season. I wish there was a little bit more leniency, within good taste.
