Pros
A lot of opportunity for growth if you want it. A lot of corporate interaction.
Cons
If you want to move up, you may have to move around. They are really heavy on sales, even as a cashier. The amount they want to help/train you is how your management is and your relationship with them. I have worked at a couple of the stores and have friends at a few others so it varies a little at each store.
