Best company I have ever worked for. Focuses a lot on people development. Every employee regardless of position and/or status has the opportunity to set goals and have one on one training with management to get you to where you want to be . Whether it's a full time status and/or management. Benefits are excellent. Offer opportunity for monthly bonuses. Competitive pay.
Cons
There are always cons to every job. For this company it's all based on the location. I have not yet found any cons for the company itself as far as faults in their employee commitments.
