Management is not suitable for the store, they don’t have a clue of operations and customer service, authoritarian( the store manager) with lack of knowledge. They spend most of the time in the back gossiping and do mostly early shifts, not accountable. Area Manager and HR useless and they will take manager’s side, no matter what. They don’t care about the staff and they don’t ask for staff feedback about management and their toxic behaviours.
