Training/Onboarding- materials seemed relevant & current Tenure & Longevity- many leaders & managers have been with the company more than 10 years
Cons
Communication- both personal & store email accounts, but they only use the store email making it difficult to filter out direct communication Wasteful- stores use excessive amounts of paper for communication & reporting on a daily basis Shipment processing- product arrives from the warehouse fully covered in protective wraps, but can take 30-45min to process each carton, especially for more intricate products Professional growth & development- qualified employees wait years for opportunities due to a lack of upward mobility
