Pros
As with anywhere, management makes a tremendous difference. I am lucky enough to have great managers, even though there are 5 different ones. The atmosphere is comfortable and not high pressure. Most people coming in are familiar with Coach and looking to buy. Your job is to be able to create a relationship with the customer and have the ability to ask the right questions to make the right recommendation.
Cons
Late retail hours on weekends. Difficult to work a shift and then prepare store for next morning. But must be done. Could use more help with inventory and stocking instead of using sales associates. Salaries should be higher since we do not have commission plan.
