Pros
Everyone is nice and easy to talk to including management. If you make your monthly goals the bonuses are nice and this is a fairly busy outlet so summer and holiday months are a breeze so you’re looking at an extra $200-300 bonus. 50% off retail and 70% off outlet
Cons
customers can be super rude, you’re getting tourists who speak no English and people who think because they shop at luxury stores, they are better than the people working at said stores. Management is a little iffy. Some are nice and some take their job too seriously. Nothing worth quitting over. Not sure if raises are a thing here but I’ve been working for the company over 6 months and have seen nothing so far
