Pros
Great community to serve, good connection with customers, schedule flexibility is good.
Cons
No true guidance or proper training. Management is unprofessional and petty. No opportunity for growth even when promised. The fact that it is so small and serves its very particular community within 100 miles, regional managers are unconcerned and overlook any issues with management and the running of the store. Because of this, they can't keep stable employment.
