Pros

Fun atmosphere at first. Some employees are enjoyable to work with and as is some of the admin. And a good feeling of competition when it comes to sales incentives.

Cons

Poor management. There is an us versus them mentality when it comes to upper management. the pay was horrible when broken down by the hour. 60 hour weeks on what was supposedly a pay for performance wage. Major events and even football games we were required to assist in pulling up stores and help out. All while being unpaid for the work rendered on accounts that weren't even ours. But this was considered "team work". Team work was generally a one way street. You needed to assist others but don't expect others to help you. And no communication when it came to upcoming product promotions and sales. This included the introduction of new products. It was just sprung on you that you needed to sell in new products and expected a large percentage of accounts to be saturated. Sales bonuses become part of your salary. Example: my wage was 25,000 a year based on a percentage on volume sold. Plus sales bonuses. My first year I averaged over 5,000 in sales bonuses. Plus a 10 to 15 percent increase in route sales. So I should have made 32,500. Nope. I was paid 25,000. For some reason I could not break past that 25,000.No matter what amount of sales bonuses and positive sale percentages. The math did not add up.

Pros

It was a great starting point of my career right out of college. At the start, the interview was positive. Process and onboarding was smooth. Managers were great, no micromanaging and they trust you enough to get things done. I was more corporate side but they train you and truely want you to learn and succeed. People there are fun and a lot of personality. Especially the warehouse people. Truly made me feel welcome.

Cons

Not many opportunities for overtime.

Pros

When I first started the Pros were endless Weekends off Company Vehicle Good Benefits

Cons

Long days Heavy Workload with even Higher expectations. Company is investing heavily into AI eventually replacing all man power. Soon their won't be any Sales reps just Full time merchandisers. The company let AI come in and it now runs the entire distributor. Your opinion on your own route does not matter. Sales no longer matter. Company more interested in cutting manpower/saving cost. They are very quick to resort to disciplinary action. Company sells this biggest brands in the market, but the pay is some of the lowest in the field
