Pros
Pay is amazing, managers are skilled workers and understand their people, company does lots of fun morale events and occasions, no strict rules/micromanaging, people are great.
Cons
IT is super understaffed. I can't overstate this. People complain about IT issues not getting fixed fast enough, or the way we have things set up, there would be no complaints if they gave us enough people to function. A company with in-house IT of 100 or more employees (which Cobalt is) should have 10% of the workforce be IT. We have 300 employees and 3 IT guys. Even counting information systems (even though they don't set up or fix our IT systems) we still only have 5 IT staff and the VP, who has to do help desk tasks every day because he keeps getting denied adding more help desk roles.
