Pros
My personal experience with Coda was all positive. I found the people to be genuine; they truly are Coda's greatest asset. I saw a lot of cross-team collaboration, and my experience on the Technology Recruiting team was that each member truly cared about everyone's success rather than just their personal success. Everyone has the opportunity to run their own full desk, and the relationships built with candidates and clients are long term, not purely transactional. -- The owner is very involved in the business and truly cares about his employees--while they are with Coda and in their career trajectory if/when they leave. Coda was instrumental in my transition from agency recruiting to in-house. -- Work/life balance is important at Coda. Everyone works hard, and with any staffing agency there will be some long hour days, but Coda is very flexible and recognizes that you shouldn't live simply to work. -- Office location is really central (easy walk to GCT or Rock Center) and easily commutable from many areas.
Cons
Really only adding anything in this section because there is a 5 word minimum requirement. Working in staffing will be stressful anywhere. Any cons I would associate with my time at Coda are standard for the industry.
