- Management has no idea what’s going on.
-Issues need to be flagged 10 times before action is taken, and that’s if it is ever even taken.
- They preach about mental health and work life balance, but I can’t even begin to count the amount of times myself and others have worked 10-15 hour days.
- No promotions unless you are a clear favorite.
- Expected to work LOTS of overtime.
- Lots of layoffs.
- Having to work during PTO.
- Expected to work on company holidays and weekends.
- Expected to work while your sick because there’s no coverage.
- Expected to pick up the slack of higher ups.
So many cons I can’t even list them all, but it’s hard because the clients are great and it is a fun place to work. Your peers will care about you and your well being, but upper management won’t.
I loved working here when I first started but about a year and a half in it just started to spiral down hill. The company was loosing clients, layoff after layoff, poor management, lots of employees in higher roles that didn’t even work, etc.
