Pros

- Great people for the most part. - Fun clients. - Unlimited PTO. - Work from home. - Good benefits.

Cons

- Management has no idea what’s going on. -Issues need to be flagged 10 times before action is taken, and that’s if it is ever even taken. - They preach about mental health and work life balance, but I can’t even begin to count the amount of times myself and others have worked 10-15 hour days. - No promotions unless you are a clear favorite. - Expected to work LOTS of overtime. - Lots of layoffs. - Having to work during PTO. - Expected to work on company holidays and weekends. - Expected to work while your sick because there’s no coverage. - Expected to pick up the slack of higher ups. So many cons I can’t even list them all, but it’s hard because the clients are great and it is a fun place to work. Your peers will care about you and your well being, but upper management won’t. I loved working here when I first started but about a year and a half in it just started to spiral down hill. The company was loosing clients, layoff after layoff, poor management, lots of employees in higher roles that didn’t even work, etc.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that uncertainty can be challenging, and we’re committed to continuously improving by listening and adapting. While there may be times when work outside of normal hours is needed to support our clients, we strive to create a culture where employees can disconnect and recharge. We recognize there’s more to do and remain focused on making meaningful improvements as we grow.

Pros

If you’re not at the executive level, you will meet some extremely talented, hardworking people (before they get laid off!)

Cons

Another senseless mass layoff of actual employee talent in favor of keeping a bloated c-suite that adds more white people every day to the top. Dont let them fool you. This place is losing clients by the week because its leaders are phoning it in, using AI to tell them how to think and delivering BS solutions for “proprietary” offerings that always fail to last or work. I feel embarrassed to work here.
