The energy and enthusiasm of the office drives productivity for the employees, which results in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. What Coffman has been able to create and maintain is truly unique. As the company continues to succeed, there is a strong emphasis on maintaining this culture and ensuring each employee feels respected and appreciated.

      The schedule can be demanding at times, however, that is typical for all engineering firms.

      Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
