The overall firm culture of Coffman Engineers is fun and supportive. Management places great emphasis on maintaining an upbeat yet professional office environment. This is perpetuated by numerous wellness and social activities both in individual offices and the firm as a whole. It is so refreshing to work at a firm that focuses on the employees, not just the bottom line.

Cons

Because the firm has seven offices, it can sometimes be a challenge to connect with all the employees.

Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

Cons

Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
