      Pros

      Nice office location right in the downtown of Seattle. Free snacks and drinks for everyone in the office. Friendly working environment. Employees can accumulate their sick and holiday leave for the next calendar year.

      Cons

      If you are someone that is one working in a consultant role, it might be hard to level-up your position.

      Yeah, our model for advancement is not really set up for consultants or contract employees, because we generally hire for full time positions. We have had multiple contract employees that became full time employees, and then the career progression became a lot clearer.       Pros

      Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
