The security and administrative staff culture is toxic, dominated by long-tenured individuals who add little to no professional value and rely solely on misuse of authority to assert relevance. These individuals openly bully, harass, and intimidate new employees, while lacking the courage or capability to challenge senior management or higher-level stakeholders. The environment reflects deep-rooted favoritism, unchecked power abuse, and poor governance, making it mentally exhausting and unwelcoming for fresh talent. Absence of accountability enables such behavior to continue unchecked, seriously damaging morale, trust, and workplace dignity.
