      Good pay master - But the problem is that right from top leadership, the belief is you can ill treat your employees but retain them by just throwing money at them

      Worse culture ever - From CEO to Global Leaders, there is a culture of ill treating team members. I have witnessed CDO being ill treated in front of his entire team along with other global heads treated similarly

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
