      Continuously aquifers new companies,cheating them, No hikes to compare Cigniti employer Loot variable pay-Cigniti 100% paid every quarter. -health insurance benefit also worst,only provided 1.5 lakh base policy,but Cigniti provided minimum 3 lakhs - if you are coming from Cigniti,they could not deployed in any project,simply fired from organisation

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
