      Pros depends on your manager and project. You might be lucky to get onsite too easily.

      No work life balance..play less and daily late stays and working on Saturdays and Sundays

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
