      good work-life balance, friendly work enviornment

      no growth, certain people in the management won't allow anyone to excel, no appreciation, year on year increment very low, no market-salary adjustments.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
