Pros
Only pro i can think of is buses and transport facility That too they have too provide because company is in farms of greater noida where there is no connectivity of metro,buses even uber is not availaible most of the timess
Cons
Company has various cons like location,salary,3 year bonded labour which feels like a jail sentence,negligible increments,useless work pressure,late night sittings etc But all these are nothing as compared to permanent and irreversible damage they do to your career First of all they divide you randomly into trainings(java,.net,testing,mainframe) they dont care what you are good in or what you are interested in (believe me its not on basis of interview) if you got lucky and get something of your interest don't be happy yet as they will give you a 3 month training which is very bad as per mnc standards and after the training whole batch got allocated to 4-5 projects again randomly(believe me they don't even see what was your performance during training).In that project they will again divide you into teams randomly without any interview or interest preference most of the students will get testing(manual mostly) and support .So even if you are best performer in your java/.net bootcamp training there is 90% probablity you will end up filling excels or looking at them.There is no use talking to managers and hrs they all will talk nonsense , give false promises and do nothing.So your whole carrer is on whim of Niit random algorithms and not on your skills.
