      No pros at all. All pros are for senior member

      Cons

      1. They will sign bond with you . And they treat you as a machine. So work pressure. 2. No good support from hr or manager. 3. They deduct your whole salary after resign from your company by giving various false reasons. 4. Salary is very less as compared to market standard 5. Senior member are getting all benefit (Salary and other benefit). I advice to you please do not go with this company if you are fresher .

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
