      Pros

      Infrastructure, transport facility and safety precautions are good. A lot of benefits.

      Cons

      They can fire you any time without any interview. Not good for freshers. They hire freshers with a bond of 3 years but can ask you to resign any time. Management is not good at all.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
