Pros
I started my job as a trainee with this company. Now it has been 5 years working for the same. There were many instances when I thought I should quit and look for some better opportunities sometimes in terms of money and some times in terms of quality of work. Now I have realized that this company has plethora of opportunities available, you just need to give little time. After 5 years I could have gone into any stream of IT business, whether its Project Management, Sales or Business Analyst.
Cons
I am always the last person to know what is happening in the company. There is no training when you come on board, it is learn by the seat of your pants... Work is challenging, although I can now say I have done a good job of absorbing and understanding the corporate culture here.
