Pros

There are no good reasons to work in this organization. Only if you do not have job then irrespective of your wish you can join keeping all Cons in your mind

Cons

1. Highly impacted work life balance, working everyday more than 11 hours and then also Managers call you anytime and ask to work and if you deny then email shoots from managers escalated to higher level 2. No rewards for hard work, zero motivation. 3. Senior Management communicating in taunting manner for different things like asking to work on weekends and on denial you can hear them. 4. There is no policy for reimbursement for internet for wfh 5. HR is not at all supportive 6. Supervisors will not approve resignation 7. Biggest thing this organization not following process to work like forcing there employees to work on technical which is no where related to your own competency and management is pathetic 8. There is no comp off policy if you have worked on weekends or holidays 9. This organization is changjng policy of notice period and increase duration irrespective of whatever notice period was promise in offer letter. 10. Lots of inefficient practices followed by senior Management which is nothing but time waste and false commitments to client which finally induce pressure oni team and there performance. 11. No proper security policy for client machine usage, no proper code documentation, no KT'S because they do not much time to do that because the work culture is so tensed. 12. Post resignation salary goes on hold for all months under notice period and you have to request for your own salary to get released from senior Management to provide an approval. Like in other organization last month salary is halted which is paid in ffs but here all months salaries from the day of resign get halted. 13. They believe in micromanagement in which your activities get tracked by softwares. Like if you will go anywhere from your seat even for nature's call , post unlocking screen the pop comes which ask for reason for no activity last 3-5 minutes. 14. Senior Management expects there employess to carry laptop with you even on trips or weekends and holidays so that you can login and take meeting even siting on road or while driving. 15. Managers is not supporting in front of client and throwing ball in your court even if they know something which is not possible in front of client. 16. They force there employees to work in very highly stringent deadlines due to which employee needs to work everyday for double shift approx, which means they does not believe in quality and only believe in quantity for deliverables. And then also if deliverables got escalated by client then it is blame on you. 17. This organization is not providing mandatory leave for covid 19 positive employees and ask to apply leave from there leave balance Due to all these reasons employees resign in very few months post joining. Seriously if you join be determined to sacrifice your personal life completely. The very first day we have joined, we realised that this is not at all right place to work . This is not only in my case it is applicable to majority of employees who is victimised .

If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
