1. If you love working over time without being paid, go for NIIT 2. Overtime is a regular trend :-) 3. Management loves work done (which is correct) but no classroom trainings, only OJT 4. Once a topic is covered in OJT, if asked again, be ready to hear... 5. Transport doesn't accept ad-hoc requests, so after overtime wait for next shift to end (management doesn't approve the ad-hocs) 6. Bays are very crowded as compared with other companies (no offence please) 7. Once in a meeting, a top management guy said they are far better in technology as compared to other top-brand companies (very difficult to digest) 8. Project managers are actually just senior team leads and aren't even green belt(SS) certified, forget being PMP certified. 9. Located in isolated area in sector-34
