      - Its an average company. - I dont really know you will ever learn cutting-edge Technologies or whatever, but what you will learn is Process and Domains.

      Cons

      - If you feel you are a true developer, please dont go for this company. - They are not able to manage their top clients. - Reduced On-sites and that too the senior wants for themselves.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
