      Bad Management Managers are clueless they don't help you in any situation freshers are treated like they did something wrong joining this org I had been on bench for more than 1 year and then hired for a BFSI project after joining they haven't even scheduled proper training and expected me to work for 12-15 hrs daily I advice everyone to stay away from this organisation as much as possible

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
