Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been as satisfactory as you had hoped and wish you had availed the opportunity that our very flat structure provides to bring this to our notice during your time with us. We treat our teammates as our partners, not employees, and would have welcomed an opportunity to align our goals. If there was a specific incident that forms the basis of your feedback, do get in touch with us again through Glassdoor.

Pros

Access to Leadership, corporate vision, values, individual contribution is highly impactful and celebrated by team,

Cons

The only con is being a remote worker. There’s a growing effort to pull more people into the Atlanta office, which will be a plus for the culture and the growth of the company.
