In today’s dynamic world, all our jobs are only as secure as our ability to keep pace with change. It isn’t possible for an organization to function without processes and policies and a dialog would have helped you understand ours better. We also pride our flat structure that empowers our teammates to become leaders, make decisions and take ownership and will continue to do so by design.
We offer remunerations and benefits higher than industry standards as we believe in hiring and retaining talent. Any special treatment that you observed is based on merit. It is a deliberate decision to reward performance and we will always reward excellence.
We wish you had shared these views while you were still here. The very reason we have a flat structure is to have an open and accessible management. The success of this, however, is based on whether employees take this opportunity to engage in a dialog.
