Thanks for sharing your views. We are glad you got to learn and grow with us.
We wish you had approached your manager during your stint with us. While the decision-making process of top management or the merits of traditional Indian business practices might not have been discussed, but we could at least have acquainted you with standard practices for employment contracts. We hope you are aware that out retention bonus is ranges between 5% - 7% of the CTC. We are proud of the fact that almost 99 % of our teammates have got their complete retention bonus in the last 5 years of our operations.
A dialog with your manager would also have helped you reassess the organization’s expectations from you and helped you build a long and fruitful career with us. None of our jobs are secure in today’s economy, but our flat organization gives he opportunity to every team member to fine-tune their career-tracks in consultation with their managers.
