      No pay scale and low pay for industry. 2 months notice period. High staff turnover. Inclusive hiring but heavily male dominated in production.

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
