      People, and no one is in the office. More like a playground

      Cons

      Who bought who? Information, pay, leadership, expectations, no increases or bonuses but we are expected to do the job of two with all the terminations happening.

      Pros

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
