      Pros

      I've been working in a group for over 8 years and one of the reasons that I haven't left the company is the great relationship with people around. Everybody is really nice. No office politics at all.

      Cons

      Heave workload. A lot of overtime work at weekend and holidays. Little opportunity of promotion. Salary increase doesn't catch up with inflation.

      Pros

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
