Toxic environment. Tough place to work, even tougher as a manager. Most managers don't make it more than 2-3 years. Pay has gotten to be well behind industry over the years and the young ones get their 2-3 years and move on. Management is inept. They micromanage and are more concerned with keeping "yes" men than keeping good people. The long time employees have mastered the art of doing just enough to not get fired and not so much as to get noticed.
